9. Wondering if you’re ever going to be happy. Wondering about happiness doesn’t lead to happiness, it just puts you in a sort of purgatory state that prevents you from actually pursuing happiness (which is attainable when you’re proactive about it, if you were wondering).

13. Thinking that you’d be happier if you lived somewhere else, or had a better job, or earned more money, or were in a relationship. These are nice lies to tell ourselves, but they just distract us from fixing the actual problems we have with our situations. Don’t buy into this delusion, it’s a costly one.

16. Comparing your appearance to that of rich and famous people. You’re never going to look like a million bucks, and that’s actually a good thing. Go eat some skinny feels and calm the freak down.

Just got home after a swim with Qi and it felt great. Really glad that my dad sent me for swimming lessons when i was six because of my asthma. Swimming makes me happy. Exercising makes me happy. More about that next time! :)

And so.. I'm done with week 3. Things are getting harder for me 'cuz it's really difficult to work & study at the same time. But I chose this, so I shall not complain.

Typical week: School from monday to friday and sunday. Work on friday and saturday. Netball on monday and tuesday.

Got to press on! Time to prepare for work, hehhh. I'll see you soon, chanceduponlove!

Was looking at my photos & realized that I've not blogged about the random family outings, heh.

This was.... during last nov? When sissy accompanied me to MBS to do my BGS project haha.

Went to town to shop after! With her favourite cheezzzzzze fries

Simple but happy night even though it was only to Nex :) :)
